Maize starch, maize flour, sugar, buttermilk (4.5%), whole egg powder, whey (from milk), raising agents (450, 500), vegetable oil, mineral salt (341), iodised salt, thickener (415).
1. Shake bottle to loosen dry mix.
2. Take off lid but don't discard.
3. Add 1 cup (280ml) of water or fill bottle with water to level indicated and replace lid. ake for 1 more minute.
4. Shake bottle well for 1 minute. Remove lid, add lid again and shake for further 1 minute.
5. Preheat fry pan and grease well.
6. Pour batter into frypan and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over to cook the other side. Remove from pan.
7. Makes 12 x 8cm pancakes.
Serving Suggestion: Delicious if served with honey jam, butter or maple syrup.
